  • I was approached to guide in redesigning (Elto, originally known as Tweaky) to increase the chance to acquire by Godaddy.
  • After analyzed the Google Analytics data I created a plan for a redesign. Built wire-frames for home, category and service pages.
  • Managed UI/UX designer to execute the Photoshop design.
  • Using the split test we found that the new designs were highly converting and improved user engagement rate increased over 45%. The relative conversion increased by 65%.
  • The company had grown to 25,000 customers within a year span. GoDaddy Acquires Marketplace Startup Elto To Expand Its Services For Web Pros.
  • I was the sole CRO provider for the Elto marketplace and developed, delivered and refined the service offering to provide good value for 100’s of CRO customers.
  • Providing CRO services to a wide range of Elto clients, mainly on the WordPress and Shopify platforms. Developing the CRO service offering for the Elto platform including CRO audit reports, sales funnel analysis, hypothesis planning, website redesign planning, and AB testing setup service offerings.
